Welcome to my practice. I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling (Distinction) from Regent鈥檚 University London.  As part of my degree, I have been trained in psychodynamic, existential, humanistic and CBT approaches.  I have undertak鈥�

I see personal breakdown and crisis as events that point the way to changes that help us reach our full potential. My aim is to support you as you explore those aspects of your life and behaviour that are of concern to you at the moment. I can help 鈥�

I am a Humanistic Person Centred Psychotherapist and Supervisor with proven experience of working with clients, trainee therapists and supervisees in private practice.  I have also worked in primary care (GP surgeries) for over 10 years, Bereavement 鈥�

To offer an idea of what you could expect from the psychodynamic approach, I'd broadly describe its principles as follows: there will be a focus on your emotional world and how feelings are expressed or avoided; in time, we'd identify recurring theme鈥�

My Therapeutic Approach. I am trained as an 鈥渋ntegrative鈥� counsellor, which means that I draw on more than one type of counselling approach and combine them. I work with person-centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment approaches to鈥�

Therapeutic Counselling, Clinical Supervision, Professional Reflective Practice, Personal Development. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor with over 20 years of experience, and have been training counsellors at Warwick University for over 15 y鈥�

I believe in the transformative power of psychotherapy to foster personal growth, change and resilience.  I am a counselling psychotherapist using Transactional Analysis (TA) to help individuals, couples, trainee therapists and counsellors explore li鈥�

I have had 40 years experience as a therapist and 33 year鈥檚 experience as a supervisor.

There are many different ways of delivering counselling, which can pose quite a challenge for clients choosing to find their preferred approach. Generally, I believe there is no right or wrong approach but rather, that some way of working may be more鈥�
