Hi, I鈥檓 an integrative counsellor, which simply means I use different therapeutic techniques and skills so that our work together can be shaped to suit you and your needs. My focus is always you, on understanding your world, your hopes and the experi鈥�

My aim with therapy is to help you work out where you want to get to and help you find your ways to get there. Working this way means we can find a path that suits you, in a collaborative way. I always remember that you are the expert on you. I mainl鈥�

In our sessions, you might hear me ask about your experience growing up because patterns of thinking and behaving can be created when we鈥檙e young. As children, we rely so much on our parents/carers to survive that we can twist and contort ourselves t鈥�

A lot of the people I work with feel stuck; they are working hard but things do not seem to change or go the way they would like them to. I became a therapist to learn to understand myself and others better as life was feeling too much. Life can be t鈥�

Everyone needs support at some stage in their life. There may be specific issues or life events that challenge us or a more general sense of going in the wrong direction, being stuck, uncertain or unhappy. In an age of increasing busy-ness, it can be鈥�

Recognising that you no longer wish to be where you are right now, is the first step in the next version of you.   We each have stressors or events in life that can affect us and, at times, these can be overwhelming, impacting us significantly.  Work鈥�
