My predominant experience is with trauma, disability and anxiety, and working alongside individuals to re-find their sense of self after events or changes in circumstances, whether that be grief, diagnosis, retirement, anxiety, period of change, spec鈥�

I'm an integrative therapist working with adults who feel stuck in old patterns, weighed down by shame, or unsure of who they are beneath the ways they've learned to cope. Together we slow things down and make sense of what's really happening, so you鈥�
