My name is Alex and I am an integrative counsellor. I am a member of 糖心官网 (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Looking for a counsellor is a brave step and I want you to know I appreciate it can be hard.  In our sessions my aim i鈥�

I have a wealth of experience gained over the past 25 years as a counsellor and psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, maintaining a private practice throughout. My approach is Humanistic and integrative, and I work using elements of person-centred鈥�
