I believe all behaviours make sense within context. Even the behaviours we don't like or seem to be hurting ourselves with at one point was a tool that was necessary to keep moving forward. Sometimes we forgot the origin of these behaviours. With an 鈥�

I am an attachment focussed therapist. I work with clients to gain clarity around what their goal(s) of the therapy may be - whether it's a physical goal - e.g. improving communication within a relationship, or more of a feeling - e.g. gaining a sens鈥�
