I'm an experienced counsellor and a Third-Culture Kid. I support Multicultural and International adults who may be feeling quietly anxious, uncertain, emotionally tired or overwhelmed. I'm here to support you in finding clarity, self-trust, and balan鈥�

Creating a safe environment is important in counselling and I work primarily on a person-centred basis, beginning with building a trusting working relationship.  I then integrate other counselling approaches as and when a client would benefit, such a鈥�
