Being an integrative therapist means I work with a range of therapeutic modalities to build a strong, trusting relationship, empowering you to reach your goals. Together we will construct the pathway to your self-development and build a tool box full鈥�

Thank you for considering my profile. I mainly offer remote face to face therapy, however if local clients would like to have in person sessions, I am willing to accommodate. 

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and conversational. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore thoughts and feelings. As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic models to respond to what you need at different鈥�

We focus on helping you navigate the challenges of relationship issues, whether with friends, family, or intimate partners. We provide therapy and emotional intervention through these challenging and traumatic times, empowering you to achieve a break鈥�

As well as general counselling I also offer psychosexual and relationship therapy. Both for individuals and couples and groups. My training is based on the integrative homeodynamic model which is a humanistic model of psychosexual therapy. It鈥檚 a mod鈥�

Starting counselling can feel like a big step, and it鈥檚 natural to feel a little uncertain at first. My aim is to make the process as supportive and comfortable as possible. From the moment you reach out, you will be welcomed into a safe, confidentia鈥�
