My previous background was in social work and I was both qualified and registered. I gained a Diploma in Integrative Counselling in July 2001, a Postgraduate Certificate in Practice-Based Play Therapy in February 2005. In July 2005 I became Accredite鈥�

I work with people who are trying to making sense of their place in the world, exploring questions of meaning, purpose and identity. I've worked with individuals with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent ways of being for 15 years. I take a creativ鈥�

With over 10 years and 6000+ client hours of clinical experience, I offer trauma informed Integrative therapy to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression. My practice is both LGBTQIA+ and neuro-affirming.  You may have found y鈥�
