I'm Paul, a counsellor based in Manchester, where I live with my partner and our two rabbit 鈥渇ur babies.鈥� Having reached midlife, I鈥檝e experienced my share of challenges growing up in a working鈥慶lass family, losing my dad young, navigating relationsh鈥�

I am an existential therapist with several years鈥� experience supporting clients in different mental health settings.  I also work in the charity sector and have previously worked in the NHS. I feel that no-one knows your world as well as you do. How鈥�

I am a Senior Professional member of ACTO (Association for Counselling & Therapy Online) and have extensive experience working with clients of all ages.  I offer therapy via a range of platforms including video, instant messaging and email exchange. 鈥�
