I am an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist who is fully qualified and utilises the three main models of therapy in my work, including:  1) Humanistic (person centred) approach;  2) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); and 3) Psychoanalysis / Psy鈥�
