I use a range of therapeutic approaches and have extensive experience in family systemic practice/bereavement support/  adverse childhood experiences/trauma/ child social emotional mental health/ school based anxiety/ADHD/Autism/general anxiety.

I am a registered member and have a diploma in therapeutic counselling.   I work ethically, safely with integrative approach within counselling relationship. It is a client-centred, humanistic approach that blends  different modalities to meet indivi鈥�
