I am a Counsellor who strives to empower clients towards developing their own abilities to manage the challenges that they are facing, achieving increased understanding and self growth along the way. I truly believe that a trusting, equal & respectfu鈥�

My current practice focusses on providing therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, relationship with food, weight/shape & body image struggles.  It may be worth noting I work online only on a nationwide basis, I am not available for face-to-f鈥�

I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist and I work to provide support through offering face to face sessions in Sandbach and Middlewich, outdoor sessions across Cheshire East and Staffordshire Moorlands and online therapy. Being integrative m鈥�

Prior to moving to the UK in 2009, I practiced in Cape Town, where I worked as a student counsellor at three different universities, as well as having a private practice. My areas of interest include individual therapy for adults for emotional diffic鈥�
