I am a person-centred therapist and I deliver my practice remotely (online). My practice is rooted in the belief that there is significant value in understanding ourselves and the world around us. With this in mind, I strive to offer a non-judgementa鈥�

I have worked within the NHS Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Services and can see people privately in the Harley Street Clinic and online. My training includes a Psychodynamic Counselling and Skills in a Psychosocial Framework (CertHE) and an MSc in Psyc鈥�

Online sessions provided weekly/fortnightly/monthly/ad-hoc I provide counselling for when we get lost in life, anxiety, panic attacks, perfectionism, persistent worry and low mood, low self-esteem, communication issues, people pleasing, life coaching鈥�

A simple question like where are you from? Or where is home? elicits a response like 鈥渄o you want the long answer or the short one?鈥� (and sometimes flightily, 鈥淚 am a child of this universe!鈥�). My credentials are listed here much like everyone else鈥檚鈥�
