With a background in both Psychology and Counselling, I have been immersed in offering psychological therapeutic support to different communities almost all my adult life. This has included supporting families through illness and loss, working with U鈥�

You may feel like you know what you want to be doing, but you just can鈥檛 move forward or bring yourself to 鈥渄o it鈥�. This can often leave us feeling stuck or hopeless. Maybe you find it easy to be kind to others, but you struggle to offer yourself the鈥�

You may be here for a variety of reasons: perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lonely, experience challenges in your relationships or struggle with recurring, anxious thoughts. I deeply care about providing safe, empathic and non-judgmental sp鈥�

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and use a blend of psychodynamic and person centred modalities. This means we will talk through how past experiences may influence your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I don鈥檛 have the answers and won鈥檛鈥�

I have special interest and experience working with low self-esteem, confidence, stress and anxiety. Including relationship,  work and family issues. I  will work with you in a professional, warm, person-centred way to fully listen and understand you鈥�
