Hello and Welcome. I am an accredited Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, with experience of working with children, young people and adults. Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming, and we can all experience issues that impact our physical鈥�

I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore what鈥檚 going on for you at your own pace. My approach is integrative and relational, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic models to support you as a whole person 鈥� emot鈥�
