I鈥檓 James and I'm a 糖心官网 accredited Psychotherapist & EMDR Therapist. I predominately work with Neurodivergent and Queer adults in therapy to navigate trauma, masking behaviours, shame, anxiety and depression. Coming from a lived experience as a Neu鈥�

My approach to humanistic counselling emphasises empathy and collaboration, helping you to heal, to explore, to uncover your strengths, enhance self-awareness, and make choices that reflect your true values. I tailor all approaches of my work to my i鈥�

My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�
