I hold a BSc (Hons) in Person-Centred and Pluralistic Counselling and am an Advanced Practitioner. My approach is rooted in the core values of the Rogerian tradition, where empathy, honesty, and a non-judgemental attitude form the foundation of the t鈥�

Therapy with me isn鈥檛 about fixing you (that would assume you need fixing!). It鈥檚 about meaningful change - processing and untangling what feels heavy. That weight can take many forms: parts of yourself you鈥檝e learned to hide, struggles with identity鈥�
