My practice is grounded in a person-centred and humanistic approach, meaning I see you as the expert on your own life. I offer empathy, authenticity, and respect, creating a safe space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard without judgement.鈥�

I offer psychodynamic counselling for neurodivergent adults and women navigating menopause and midlife transitions. People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in recurring patterns, or unsure of who they are becomi鈥�

I support people dealing with loss, anxiety and change in life either through a variety of talking therapies including CBT, psychodynamic and EMDR. It may be grief following bereavement, the ending of a relationship, loss of a job, change in circumst鈥�

I offer person-centred integrative therapy, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and low self-confidence, as well as any鈥�
