Hi I'm Lesley, I'm guessing you arrived here because things aren't feeling ok. Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we just need a space to work through things. My job is to help you navigate the thoughts and feelings, that for whatever reason鈥�

We all confront suffering and a search for meaning in our lives, and though we can grow from these experiences, they also often are intensely painful. I will support you in dealing with whatever challenges you are currently facing, work with you towa鈥�

Professional:  I have been a qualified practicing psychotherapist working continuously for over 20 years,  specialising  in complex trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), sexuality and identity.  For 11 years working with survivors of tort鈥�

I get great results, by helping you through Trauma / Anxiety. Why suffer in silence? I really love to treat and see my patients getting released from Major Traumas.  Many of my patients cry with joy. I get so excited to see their pain released, they 鈥�

I like to think that our emotions are like the weather. Sometimes it鈥檚 sunny and sometimes the clouds roll in. It鈥檚 when the clouds are dark and heavy and don鈥檛 look like they鈥檙e going anywhere fast that we can start to worry. Therapy is a process b鈥�
