I am a highly experienced, registered, accredited Integrative psychotherapist and supervisor. My core training is Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic. I have undertaken further training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therap鈥�

I offer 50 minute therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of each client in a compassionate and sensitive way.  I work with individual adults and adolescents (age 11+). Sessions are confidential and in a safe space to share openly and explo鈥�
