I am a 糖心官网 Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a Registered Counsellor with the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC), offering counselling in Guildford, Surrey, and online. I believe seeking counselling is a courageous first ste鈥�

I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist and I work to provide support through offering face to face sessions in Sandbach and Middlewich, outdoor sessions across Cheshire East and Staffordshire Moorlands and online therapy. Being integrative m鈥�

Each person鈥檚 experience is unique, and so is my approach. I work drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques, including person-centered therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for anxiety, grief counselling, and mindfulness-based strategies.鈥�

It鈥檚 a beautiful, but very complicated thing, to be a human. There are many difficulties we encounter throughout our lives that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or in distress, wishing we could turn to someone for help 鈥� and yet so often, we feel as 鈥�

First of all, I believe therapy is useful for anyone. What is commonly labelled as 鈥渕ental health鈥�, I would call 鈥渜uality of life鈥� - something we all struggle to manage.  I personally have struggled with stress, anxiety and burnout throughout my life鈥�

My journey into counselling started nearly a decade ago now and has seen me transition from the corporate world of work, marketing and communications to a world of words, thoughts and feelings.
