I work online, face to face, by video virtually or by telephone and have completed a diploma in online counselling in 2019 before COVID-19 existed as I wanted to move my practice in this area to reach out to others across the U.K. I am originally fro鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor working with person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I have a particular interest in supporting adult survivors of rape and sexual assault, whether the abuse happened recently or many years ago, in adulthood or chi鈥�
