I am an approachable and knowledgeable psychotherapist with 35 years of counselling and psychotherapy experience.   There are all sorts of reasons why someone might seek therapy. For some, it may be an issue that dates back many years - a trauma or e鈥�

Reaching out for help takes courage at a time when you might be struggling, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or generally stuck. My aim is to help you feel comfortable and safe within therapy, to build trust, and help you work through what has led you t鈥�
