There are times when we all need extra support to cope with life鈥檚 inevitable challenges which can present themselves in many different ways. My role is to offer you a caring, compassionate and confidential space in which to support you in finding yo鈥�

鈥淓very story deserves to be heard. Every person deserves to heal.鈥� I know that life can bring experiences that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. I am passionate about helping victim surv鈥�

You may have a clear understanding of what brings you here to find a counsellor, or you may find that hard to put into words, either way I am so glad that you're taking this first essential step towards receiving support. I am a Person-Centred Plural鈥�

Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked for many years at a senior level in both the public and private sectors within the human resources profession. I particularly enjoyed the inter-personal relationship side of my HR role and this led me 鈥�

I believe life is a journey, and while there are moments of joy, there are also times of struggle. Change is inevitable, and we all experience challenges along the way鈥攖here are no exceptions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain right 鈥�

The minute you decide you want better for yourself is the minute the energy begins to shift. Your life does not get better by chance it gets better by change. The choice to enter therapy, no matter the reason, is a difficult and sometimes painful one鈥�
