Welcome! My name is Eleni and I'm a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor. I'm aware of how difficult and overwhelming it can be to search and find the right therapist for you and that's why I would like to tell you few things about me and how I work. I鈥�

I prize each person's uniqueness as an individual and my integrated counselling approach, firmly based in the person-centred, humanistic ethos and values, but informed by extensive experience and additional training in other models, results in a coll鈥�

I am not here to analyse or advise you, but to listen and accompany you with warmth, sensitivity and acceptance in your exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. There is something incredibly powerful in the experience of being heard and鈥�
