About me and my therapy practice
I am a senior accredited member of ÌÇÐĹÙÍø with many years of experience in counselling. I have undergone training in a variety of approaches including Psychodynamic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Couple Counselling. I regard myself as an integrative therapist in that I use the approach that I feel best fits the client at any particular time, and I draw on any tools I have acquired either from my core trainings or from subsequent professional development courses.
I have completed my BPS Approved Certificate in Trauma Treatments, I am EMDR Level 3 qualified, and I am BUPA, AXA, WPA and AVIVA registered. I work for a number of different EAPs.
I have a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from the Sherwood Institute in Nottingham and I am happy to provide supervision to both qualified counsellors and trainees, both Face to Face and Online.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a senior accredited member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø with many years of experience of counselling. My main training was in Psychodynamic Counselling which looks at the effect of early childhood on our mental health. I have also undergone training in Schema Therapy - which uses a combination of different approaches to address cognitive, behavioural and emotional change. In 2013, I completed training in hypnotherapy and stress management and relaxation techniques. In 2014, I completed my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and my Certificate in Chronic Fatigue/ME Awareness. I am EMDR Level 3 qualified. I have completed my BPS Approved Certificate in Trauma Treatments and I have a Diploma in Inner Child Healing. I have a special interest in the link between trauma/chronic anxiety and physical health and have a certificate in the Gut-Brain Connection. I am BUPA, AXA, AVIVA and WPA registered and work for several Employee Assistance Programmes. I also have a Diploma In Clinical Supervision and I am happy to provide supervision to both qualified counsellors and trainees.
