About me and my therapy practice
I offer relational supervision for qualified and experienced therapists. I provide a reflective and collaborative space where supervisees can explore both their clinical work and their experience of being a therapist.
My approach is grounded in the belief that supervision is not only a professional requirement, but also an important relational process that can support growth, insight, resilience, and ethical practice.
I offer in person and online supervision via Zoom and provide a free 20-minute introductory consultation to explore whether we would be a good fit for working together.
Practice description
My supervision practice is informed by integrative and relational thinking, with attention to the unique needs, modality, and context of each supervisee. I work with therapists who are interested in engaging deeply with the personal and professional aspects of therapeutic work.
Together, we may explore clinical process, therapeutic relationships, professional identity, boundaries, self-awareness, difference and diversity, and the emotional impact of the work. I am particularly interested in how we are affected by our clients, how our own histories and relational patterns may enter the room, and how we sustain ourselves within this profession.
I aim to create a supervisory relationship that feels thoughtful, open, supportive, and containing, while also allowing space for curiosity, challenge, creativity, and deeper reflection. I value authenticity and believe meaningful supervision can help therapists feel more connected, resourced, and supported in their practice.
I welcome therapists from a range of modalities and practice settings who are looking for a supportive and engaging supervisory relationship.

About me and my therapy practice
Together, we can begin to make sense of the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your life, relationships, or sense of self. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever may be feeling difficult in your life.
With over 10 years’ experience working as a psychotherapist, I have supported people through a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, painful, or difficult to make sense of, and you may be wondering whether things can change. Therapy can offer a space to reflect, better understand yourself and your experiences, and explore the barriers to change that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
My approach is relational and collaborative, meaning I work alongside you with care and sensitivity to your individual experiences and needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be an important part of the process, offering a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
I have experience working with a range of issues, including trauma, bereavement and loss, childhood experiences, sexual abuse, sexual violence, domestic abuse, self-harm, anger, and relationship difficulties.
I also have a particular interest in supporting people living with eating disorders, and in exploring the family experiences and relational patterns that may shape a person’s relationship with food, control, identity, and self-worth.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions via Zoom, and provide a free 20-minute introductory Zoom conversation to explore working together.
