About me and my therapy practice
I have been working with clients for over 15 years.
As an accredited, integrative therapist, I have much experience of supporting late teens, adults and couples of any age, sex or culture as well as those from the LGBTQ+ community.
My fluid way of working allows me to offer a therapy that I believe will be beneficial to you.
I am a Bupa, Aviva and AXA recognised mental health therapist.

Stronger coping skills - gain useful approaches to handle future disagreements constructively.
Clarity on the future - helps partners decide the best path forward for their relationship with mutual respect.
Individual Work
Is the start of a collaborative journey tailored to your unique goals.
We will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours whilst identifying root causes of distress.
Benefits
Enhanced self-awareness - gain deeper insight into your patterns and triggers.
Improved coping skills - learn practical techniques to manage stress, anxiety and life transitions.
Healthier relationships - break negative communication cycles and establish firm boundaries.
Emotional healing - acknowledge, process and release painful past experiences and negative emotions in order to release trauma and gain self-compassion and calm.
Practice description

This will enable you to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitating positive change.
My practice is in a residential setting comprising of a bright, spacious and comfortable room.
Parking is easy and tube/buses are close by.
My first session
We will meet initially for a 1 hour assessment session; this provides me with the opportunity to learn a little about you, your background and the challenges you are facing, equally as important, you are able to gain a sense of me and the way I work, enabling you to assess whether I am somebody you can see yourself/selves opening up to and feeling comfortable with.
