About me and my therapy practice

I provide a welcoming, supportive, understanding, and non-judgmental safe haven in which to explore any emotions, feelings, or concerns you may have both in person and online.

As a registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø and a fully qualified and accredited UKCP psychotherapist, I have extensive experience with a wide range of issues in public, NHS, and private clinics. My varied experience has permitted me to meet a diverse spectrum of clients with varied backgrounds and presenting concerns.

Perhaps you find yourself suppressing your emotions and interactions with other people out of concern that they will be burdened or judged. If not, seeking a therapist could be a good option to help you work through challenging subjects, concepts, or memories. It is possible that you want to change your habitual behavior patterns or empower yourself.

Mutual trust, connection, commitment, and respect are the cornerstones of my consulting room.

Talking therapy offers a unique opportunity to contemplate your concerns and address your needs in a confidential setting. I am trained in listening and interpreting your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can safely and effectively consider anything you wish to share, leaving you less burdened and improving your wellbeing.

My integrative approach to psychotherapy has given me a broad range of viewpoints and psychological theories to work with.

Prior to my psychotherapeutic training, I worked in the corporate world, managing high-net-worth international clients. This provides me with a unique understanding of working across all sectors.

About me and my therapy practice

As a counsellor or psychotherapist, you spend your time supporting others. In my supervision you have a dedicated space where you can feel equally supported: a reflective, ethical, and non-judgemental environment in which to explore your clinical work, professional development, and the emotional impact of practice.

My aim is to help you grow in confidence while developing your own authentic style of practice. Together, we can think about clinical dilemmas, relational dynamics, ethical considerations, neurodivergent presentations, and your own responses to client work, enabling you to work with greater clarity and confidence.

I am a fully registered and accredited UKCP psychotherapist and a registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø. I have extensive experience from private practice, the NHS, and charitable settings. My work with a diverse range of clients includes significant experience supporting neurodivergent counsellors and clients.

My integrative training allows supervision to be tailored to your individual needs rather than constrained by one theoretical model. I trained for six years at Regent's College London, where I gained both an M.A. and an Advanced Diploma (ADIP) in psychotherapy and counselling psychology, alongside further professional development in autism and ADHD, organisational dynamics, group facilitation, safeguarding and cancer support. I am fully certified as a supervisor and hold a CPCAB qualification.

Above all, I strive to create a supervisory relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration, where you feel held, appropriately challenged, and empowered to continue developing as the practitioner you aspire to be.
