About me and my therapy practice
ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited Psychotherapist | Clinical Supervisor | Certified Hypnotherapist (C.HYP.)
I am passionate about supporting people to create meaningful and lasting change by reconnecting with their inner strengths, developing self-awareness, and unlocking their potential. Whether you are seeking support with personal growth, emotional wellbeing, life challenges, or professional development, I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space where positive change can begin.
Using an integrative approach, I combine Psychotherapy with evidence-informed therapeutic techniques to explore the underlying causes of emotional difficulties, rather than focusing solely on symptoms. Together, we can develop greater understanding, build resilience, and create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
My Practice
My practice is based in North London N8, where I provide professional and compassionate therapy for adults in a welcoming and confidential environment. Psychotherapy sessions are held weekly and last 50 minutes, with daytime and evening appointments available Monday to Wednesday.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy. I work collaboratively, respectfully, and without judgement, creating a trusting space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My aim is to support you in gaining insight, developing healthier coping strategies, and making meaningful choices that enhance your wellbeing and quality of life.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients across NHS services, prisons, sixth form colleges, schools, charities, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and private practice.
Every individual’s experience is unique, and therapy is tailored to your personal needs, goals, and circumstances. My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, overcome challenges, and move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My Therapeutic Approach
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. Feeling safe, heard, understood, and respected creates the conditions for meaningful healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
I work collaboratively, encouraging openness and curiosity while respecting your individual pace. Together, we explore past and present experiences to understand patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that affect your wellbeing. Through greater self-awareness, you can develop new perspectives, healthier coping strategies, and more empowering ways of responding, enabling you to move forward with confidence and resilience.
Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming, and there are times when professional support can make a significant difference. Psychotherapy is a collaborative talking therapy that helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, including your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and life experiences.
Therapy provides a safe space to explore current difficulties, unresolved experiences, and emotional patterns, while developing greater resilience and healthier ways of living. Anxiety, trauma, low self-confidence, or difficult life experiences can sometimes affect how we relate to ourselves and others, creating feelings of disconnection or emotional distress.
Many clients begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. Through our work together, they gain clarity, reconnect with their authentic selves, and develop the confidence to make positive changes. Although therapy may involve exploring difficult emotions, it can also lead to personal growth, improved self-esteem, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional wellbeing.
Choosing the right therapist is an important decision.
Call or email to book a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to discuss your needs for Psychotherapy or Hypnotherapy, to answer your questions, and explore whether my approach is the right fit for you.
My first session
I offer a free 20 minute Discovery call for Psychotherapy sessions as a way to explore your issue and to see if we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about my approach and style of working.
Once you decide to proceed with therapy, the next session is an assessment session and involves asking questions about your presenting problem and gathering information about your background and personal history, including family, childhood etc.
I offer face to face, online or telephone sessions to suit your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor, trained at The Centre for Personal & Professional Development (CPPD) in the Cyclical Model of Supervision. I offer affordable, low-cost Integrative Relational Supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors working in a range of settings, including voluntary sector placements, Higher Education, organisations, and services operating within NHS guidelines.
I offer individual 50 or 75 minutes supervision sessions designed to provide a supportive, collaborative and reflective space for your professional development.
If you are seeking support with your clinical practice, I invite you to arrange a free telephone consultation. This provides an opportunity to discuss what you hope to gain from supervision, explore your expectations, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
My approach offers a safe, containing environment in which to reflect on your client work, personal and professional development, and the therapeutic process. Supervision includes opportunities to integrate theory with practice, explore ethical and professional issues, consider safeguarding responsibilities, and reflect on the "here and now" supervisory relationship. My aim is to support therapists in developing their own reflective practice, processing clinical material with confidence, and establishing a strong, authentic professional identity.
Alongside my supervisory work, I have a private practise as an integrative counsellor in North London, working with both short and long-term clients and supervisees. My experience spans a wide range of settings, including NHS GP surgeries, HM Prison Brixton, primary and secondary schools, Barnet Bereavement Service, Mind, The Awareness Centre, Depaul UK, and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) for Bupa and others. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds and am committed to providing an inclusive, respectful and welcoming supervisory relationship.
