About me and my therapy practice
I offer an integrative, person‑centred approach, creating a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adults and young people, using talking therapy alongside creative methods such as art‑based or sensory approaches when these help expression or understanding.
My practice is neurodiversity‑affirming, and I adapt communication, structure, and the sensory environment to suit individual processing needs. Whether you prefer clear structure, slower pacing, visual supports, or flexible ways of engaging, we shape the work together.
Across all sessions, I prioritise collaboration, confidentiality, and a grounded, compassionate presence to help you make sense of your experiences and move towards greater wellbeing.

Availability
I am currently accepting new supervisees and offer both face‑to‑face supervision in Armagh city centre and online sessions for practitioners across the UK and Ireland. I have daytime availability and a small number of evening slots during the week. When you get in touch, I will let you know my next available appointment.About me and my therapy practice
My style is relational, collaborative, and reflective. I aim to create a steady, supportive space where you can bring successes, challenges, ethical questions, and the emotional impact of the work. I encourage curiosity, self‑awareness, and the development of your own therapeutic identity rather than imposing a single way of working.
I work with trainees, newly qualified counsellors, and experienced practitioners seeking a thoughtful, ethically grounded supervisory relationship.
Across all supervision, I prioritise transparency, ethical practice, and a pace that supports your wellbeing as a practitioner while strengthening your confidence and competence.
Practice description
My supervision practice offers a reflective, supportive space where counsellors can explore their work in depth and develop confidence, clarity, and ethical grounding. I work from an integrative, relational approach, with the Seven‑Eye Model providing a flexible structure for exploring client material, therapeutic process, your internal responses, and the wider context you are working within. My first session
Your first supervision session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what you need from supervision. I offer this session at my standard rate, and it lasts 60 minutes.
In this meeting, we look at your current practice context, experience level, placement or organisational requirements, and any specific areas you would like support with. We also discuss your preferred learning style, how you like to receive feedback, and what helps you feel safe and supported in supervision.
