Your Treatment Guide
Discover how CBT, Counselling, and Hypnosis can support personal growth, ease challenges, and enhance well-be-ing.
CBT, Psychotherapy & Counselling
Imagine sitting down with someone who truly listens and helps you work through your challenges. That’s what Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers-a practical, goal-oriented approach where we team up to spot negative thought patterns and behaviours, and work on changing them together. .
Psychotherapy is a general term to describe psychological therapy, the overall practise of talking-based therapy for mental health and emotional difficulties. It integrates different types of therapies. Paula integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Hypnotherapy
Take a deep breath and feel your mind gently settle. That’s what hypnosis is like-a comfortable, relaxed state where you remain awake, aware and focused. In this state, you are more open to constructive suggestions, making it easier to shift habits and behaviours in the direction you choose.
Clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic technique involving a gentle yet deep state of relaxation that naturally creates a focused state of attention within the unconscious mind. In this safe and supportive state, individuals become more receptive to constructive suggestions, allowing the mind to adapt with the guidance of Paula’s psychological expertise. This process works with your existing thoughts, values and memories, using them to support meaningful, positive and lasting change.
