About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome,
I'm an experienced therapist and anxiety coach. I work with a vast range of issues in my therapy work and with many types of anxieties within my anxiety coaching practice, including imposter syndrome, situational anxiety (eg fear of flying, attending events etc), social anxiety, work anxiety, over worrying in general, health anxiety, always feeling physically fearful and many more. low self esteem, self worth or lack of confidence.
I work with adults/elders from my therapy practice in Havant or online nationally & internationally.
I believe that the relationship between client and therapist/coach is very important & unique. Feeling comfortable, understood and able to be yourself matters. I know that by the time many people reach out, things can feel close to their limit, so whenever possible, I aim to offer an initial call & session within a week.
I’ve had the privilege to work with clients with a wide range of experiences & issues from complex long term to not feeling as though they are thriving or something that suddenly has arisen. All are equally welcome.
Therapy - When appropriate we can work creatively, through conversation, reflection or practical support - and with humour too.
Some clients have said that they had held back on contacting a therapist as they felt what they were experiencing and or feeling was not "serious enough". If something is affecting your wellbeing or making life feel harder, it all matters. As with physical health, it is important to have good self care and seek help/support.
Anxiety Coaching
This is a structured and bespoke anxiety coaching approach, I have designed it to help you understand your worries and fears, why you have them and how to work with them in order to reduce then aim to eliminate them.
Clients have told me they find the coaching approach effective, practical, reassuring, interesting and surprisingly simple. My aim is to put you in control of your emotions and to regulate how you are feeling.

We arrange a free initial phone call for me to understand what brings you to the therapy or coaching & for me to explain a little about how I work. You can also ask any questions that you have at this point.
If you would then like we can book an initial session (reduced price of £25.00). This is for you to see if you would like to continue with more sessions and for me to understand a little more about you.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, hourly sessions are also available if preferred.
I invite you to check in on a regular basis to make sure that you are happy with the sessions so far.
I also provide session booking confirmations and reminders to help you avoid missing a booked session.

The initial session is for you to ensure that you feel happy and confident with me to continue, I will explain a little more about how I work and confirm about confidentiality and its also a chance for me to understand more about what you are experiencing, how you are feeling etc. If you are partially or wholly here for the anxiety coaching, I will also explain a little about what you can expect from our sessions.
There is absolutely no obligation for you to continue if you choose not to, it is important that you find the right therapist for you.
