About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Lesley,
I'm guessing you arrived here because things aren't feeling ok. Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we just need a space to work through things.
My job is to help you navigate the thoughts and feelings, that for whatever reason you feel unable to do on your own or with friends and family. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, with a particular interest in self-worth and the impact it has on all areas of our lives. Other experience includes working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Bereavement, Chronic Illness, Depression, Family conflict, Relationship issues and those who have experienced Trauma.
I am a Trauma informed therapist and have experience working within the charity sector, a GP surgery and employee assistance programs. I have been in private practice for 11 years. I work via video call or telephone - whichever suits you.
I undertake regular supervision and CPD.

I am an experienced counsellor and have a Level 6 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision.
I work from a Person-centred/Humanistic perspective and I aim to offer you a safe place to be supported in your client work. I have experience working with adults and CYP - privately, within the charity sector and EAP services. Offering ethical guidance , learning and restorative elements to supervision sessions.
I offer supervision via video call.
