About me and my therapy practice

I’m a fully qualified Accredited ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered humanistic person-centred counsellor with 12 years experience working with adults. My consulting rooms are in central Lewes, East Sussex and Brighton. I also see clients for online sessions. 

You may be struggling with challenges in your life, feeling anxious, depressed & stressed. Talking things through can help ease things for you, bringing a sense of relief and comfort. Together we can find a way forward in your life.

Exploring what's going on for you and understanding yourself more can help you find ways of coping better, having more awareness with improved mood and sense of well-being. 

Practice description

In sessions you will be listened to with empathy and acceptance. I will support you to begin to make the changes you want in your life, and begin to feel more comfortable in yourself. 

Being fully seen, heard and accepted by another human being can be life changing.

You may not be coming to counselling with a specific issue, you may want to have space that's your own each week where you can reflect on things &  get support.

My first session

The first introduction session lasts for 30 minutes and is free of charge. This gives us a chance to get to meet and get a sense if I'm the right therapist for you.

I’m a fully qualified Accredited Person- centred humanistic counsellor with 12 years experience counselling adults who are experiencing loss, bereavement, trauma, anxiety and depression. 

Talking things through can help ease things for you, bringing a sense of relief. Through building a safe counselling relationship, we can work together to find a way forward in your life.

I provide a caring, empathic and non judgemental place to talk things through, a confidential environment where you can be yourself and talk things through.

I'm offering face to face sessions in central Brighton rooms which are a short walk from Brighton Station. The rooms are dedicated therapy spaces which are comfortable & newly renovated. 

I currently have appointments available in Brighton on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I will fully accept you as a human being with no judgement, I will support you with any changes you want to make. 

Through the process of therapy, you’re likely to find more connection with yourself and others, become kinder to yourself, gain more confidence, feel more regulated, have greater self awareness and authenticity and enjoy a more fulfilling life. 

I work with people who are experiencing grief, loss, life changes, depression, anxiety, trauma, boarding school abandonment, and childhood neglect/abuse. 



Practice description

You will be welcomed into the counselling sessions with warmth, care and compassion. You can talk about anything that’s going on for you. I will carefully listen to you and support you in your process. These sessions are confidential and are ethically practiced. 

The sessions will be held in a comfortable therapy room in my central Brighton practice. I also offer online sessions if you would prefer, or it’s more convenient for you on occasions. 


My first session

I offer an initial introduction session which lasts for 30 mins. This is free of charge no obligation discussion, a chance for us to talk about what you’re looking for and find out if I’m right for you. 

The initial session is online via Zoom or on the phone.
