About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally trained psychodynamic psychotherapist supporting individuals through a broad range of life’s challenges. Whether you are navigating difficulties at work, struggling with anxiety or depression, or facing more complex patterns like trauma, addiction, or a loss of purpose, I provide a dedicated space for us to explore these together.
My approach is rooted in paying attention to both your daily stresses and the deeper emotional currents that shape them.
We often find ourselves repeating patterns without knowing why; therapy offers a place to explore and understand how change can begin to unfold.
Initially, we begin with an 'Assessment Session'. This is a low-pressure opportunity for us to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have and see if working together feels right for you. There is no right or wrong way to start— you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Please note
I am currently only accepting online enquiries.
I respond to all enquiries within 1–3 business days. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t heard from me.
Practice description
The sessions usually last for 50 minutes and we can schedule them once per week at a time that is convenient for you.
I am currently only accepting online enquiries.
I have provided my current availability, but if it doesn't work for you, let me know and I will try to accommodate your schedule.

My first session
To help you understand the therapy process, I provide an introductory assessment session where you can meet me and ask any questions you have.
We can also talk about the reasons why you are seeking therapy and establish goals for the process. Before the session, you will need to complete a Pre-Assessment form.
The assessment session usually takes 30 to 40 minutes, which is shorter than a standard session which lasts 50 minutes.
The fee for the assessment session is £40.
