Availability

I currently work Tuesday to Friday, generally between 8am and 6.30pm, offering a range of daytime and early evening appointments.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced relational therapist offering a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, explore what feels difficult, and begin to make sense of your internal and relational world.

I work with people who are often thoughtful, capable and used to managing on the outside, but who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stretched, or caught in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Therapy can become a place where you do not have to hold everything together alone.

My approach is grounded, relational and reflective. I am interested in how we come to be who we are within our relationships, and how earlier experiences, attachment patterns and coping strategies continue to shape present emotional responses and ways of relating.

I have a particular interest in working with introverted and neurodivergent clients, including those who identify as living with ADHD or autistic traits. Many describe experiencing the world in a more intense or internally complex way, alongside challenges with overwhelm, communication, energy regulation or feeling different to those around them. Therapy offers a steady space to make sense of experience.

I also work with men who want support with communication and emotional expression in relationships, particularly where this feels blocked, confusing or conflictual.

Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples and families, including same-sex relationships, offering a non-judgemental space to explore communication, emotional reactivity and relational dynamics. I am comfortable working with a wide range of intimacy experiences, supporting exploration of identity, closeness and difference in a safe and respectful way.

Across all my work, I aim to offer a steady, containing presence where complexity can be thought about rather than avoided.

You are welcome to get in touch if you would like to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Practice description

I work primarily online with clients across the UK, alongside limited in-person sessions in Kent.

I also work online with some international clients where it feels appropriate and agreed between us. In these situations, we will always consider whether online therapy is a good fit in practical terms, including any relevant considerations based on where you are based.

Online therapy can offer flexibility, privacy and accessibility, and many clients find it creates a sense of ease that supports deep and meaningful therapeutic work.

For in-person work in Kent, I also have access to creative and experiential approaches, including sand tray work, Russian dolls and other creative interventions. These can sometimes offer additional ways of exploring experience when words alone feel limiting, though they are always used in a way that is led by your pace and preference.

I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy depending on your needs, and we will regularly review our work together to ensure it continues to feel helpful, supportive and right for you.

Availability

I currently have availability for new supervisees.

I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours and will always advise of my current availability when you get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer clinical supervision to clinicians and practitioners working across therapeutic, pastoral and organisational settings, including trainees, experienced practitioners and supervisors in their supervisory practice.

I hold a CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Clinical Supervision and am an Accredited Member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø. My approach is relational, reflective and collaborative, grounded in the Inskipp and Proctor model of normative, formative and restorative supervision.

My own way of working is an integrative model grounded in person-centred, psychodynamic and Gestalt approaches and influenced by Transactional Analysis, Focusing-oriented therapy, Internal Family Systems and Attachment theory. Rather than applying models rigidly, I support practitioners to think deeply and clearly about their clinical work, including complexity, uncertainty and emotional impact.

I work with practitioners carrying significant clinical responsibility who are looking for a supervision space that feels thoughtful, containing and supportive. Many value having a place where they do not have to perform competence and can reflect honestly on the realities of their work.

I provide group supervision for qualified and trainee therapists within a local Mind organisation and have facilitated group supervision for over six years.

I aim to offer a space that combines sensitive support with gentle challenge. I do not hold my knowledge and experience as something to be tightly held, but as something to be shared collaboratively in service of the work and the clients we support.
