About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative therapist I have an overarching psychodynamic perspective, but integrate aspects of other therapeutic modalities according to individual needs. I am an EMDR trained therapist. I have worked as a therapist for 28 years. This has included working in a primary care mental health service, a drug and alcohol service and private practice.
