About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I’m Tracy, a qualified counsellor with 16 years of experience supporting adults and young people. I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can pause, breathe, and begin to share what may feel too heavy to carry alone. When life feels painful, overwhelming, or uncertain, it can be hard to know where to turn, but you do not have to face it on your own. With empathy, understanding, and a gentle, non-judgemental approach, I am here to listen, to help you make sense of your experiences, and to support you in finding clarity, healing, and hope — at a pace that feels safe and right for you.

Practice description

Every person’s story is unique, and the insight, healing, and understanding we gain in counselling will look different for each of us. I offer a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly, reflect on your thoughts and feelings, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. Together, we can explore coping strategies for challenges such as anxiety, and, where words feel difficult, I also offer creative therapy using a range of materials to help you express what may feel hard to put into words.

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place within clear boundaries of confidentiality, helping you feel safe, respected, and protected throughout the counselling process. As a member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, I work in line with its ethical framework and standards of good practice, so care, respect, and integrity remain at the heart of everything I offer.

I offer you the opportunity to explore your difficulties in a space where you can feel safe, supported, listened to, and truly valued. By building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, warmth, and respect, I can help you untangle your thoughts and feelings, deepen your self-understanding, and find ways forward that feel meaningful and right for you.
