I trained in London as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist where I practiced for 12 years before moving my practice to Norwich in 2019. I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual difficulties, sexual abuse, bereavement, motherhood and birth experiences and difficult childhood experiences.

Sometimes you may not be exactly sure of why you are troubled, but feel dissatisfied or stuck in your life.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I will explore with you how experiences and early relationships may impact on how you live in the present. Therapy is a process of exploring yourself in a collaborative way to reach a deeper understanding of yourself. It is a process over time and can help to bring about lasting changes in your life and enable you to live more fully, with more acceptance and more freedom. 

I practice in Norwich. 

I work with adults in individual therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place in a quiet confidential setting.
