Person‑Centred Therapy A non‑directive approach where you guide the direction of the session supported by a non‑judgmental therapeutic relationship that helps you access your inner resources and potential.

Psychodynamic Therapy Explores how unconscious processes and past experiences influence your present day behaviours, emotions, and relationships.

Walk and Talk Therapy Outdoor therapy while walking side‑by‑side in a natural environment. It combines the benefits of psychotherapy with the gentle movement of walking which helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress hormones and improve mood.

My first session

Your initial session will be different from our regular sessions.  This first meeting gives us space to get to know each other and for you to get a sense of how I work. You’re welcome to ask anything that’s on your mind, nothing is too small, too personal, or too awkward.  If it matters to you, then it matters to me and it's important that you have a safe space where you can ask it.

During this session, I’ll ask some questions to understand what has brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping for.  I’ll also complete an assessment form as part of this process. The aim isn’t to judge or interrogate, but to build a clear picture of your experiences so we can work together in a way that feels safe, supportive and meaningful for you.
