About me and my therapy practice
I transitioned into psychotherapy after a successful career in project management, where I became increasingly drawn to the psychological dynamics of individuals and teams. Over time, this passion led to profound personal and professional transformation—one that now informs my work with clients seeking meaningful change.
I specialize in helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, moving beyond personal trauma and societal expectations to embrace who they truly are. For some, the first step in therapy is developing a clearer sense of self, for others – overcoming the effects of traumatic experiences. My approach is collaborative, engaging, and tailored to your unique journey. We explore your present experiences while thoughtfully integrating insights from the past, creating a cohesive and whole sense of identity.
Therapy is a dynamic process—together, we assess readiness for sustainable, organic change, drawing from both psychotherapeutic and coaching methodologies. No topic is off-limits, and every conversation is met with openness and curiosity.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free initial consultation. Let’s explore how therapy can support your growth and transformation.
My first session
Before beginning our work together, it’s helpful to have an initial meeting to see if we’re the right fit. This free 15-20 minute consultation gives you the opportunity to share a little about yourself, explore, with my help, what you're looking for in therapy, and ask any questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists
Supervision is something I came to through years of working closely with complex, often demanding clinical material — and it's a space I take seriously. I offer clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and therapists working with adults across private practice, agency and organisational settings in the UK.
My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-informed supervision, with specialist experience in complex trauma, developmental trauma, attachment, anxiety, shame, burnout and long-term psychotherapeutic work. I work with qualified therapists, counsellors in training and practitioners who are navigating complex client work and want a supervisory space that is both reflective and clinically rigorous.
Areas of specialist supervision experience include:
PTSD and complex PTSD (C-PTSD)
Childhood trauma, developmental trauma and attachment trauma
Relational trauma and relational difficulties
High-functioning professionals, executives and perfectionism
Anxiety, shame and self-esteem
Identity work and personal transformation
Couples and relationship dynamics
Emotionally demanding or high-intensity caseloads and therapist burnout
Practice description
A collaborative, clinically grounded supervisory space
My supervision style is collaborative, thoughtful and appropriately challenging. Alongside case discussion, I pay close attention to countertransference, embodied responses, therapeutic process, boundaries and — importantly — your own wellbeing as a practitioner. Sustaining yourself in this work matters, and that's always part of the conversation.
My work is grounded in the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Ethical Framework and shaped by ongoing professional development. I've worked therapeutically since 2005 and in private practice since 2017, with a background spanning integrative psychotherapy, leadership, group facilitation and organisational work. I hold a PG Diploma from Metanoia, a Certificate in Clinical Supervision, an MBA, and an MA in Creative Writing and Wellbeing.
Online supervision across the UK | In-person supervision in Oxford
I offer flexible supervision options — online for therapists and counsellors across the UK, and in-person in Oxford. If you're looking for a supervisory relationship that supports both your clinical growth and your own sense of groundedness in the work, I'd welcome a conversation.
Supervision Sessions
I offer both 50-minute and 90-minute supervision sessions. The 90-minute session comfortably meets the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø's monthly requirement for clinical supervision, and is the format I'd typically recommend for practitioners carrying complex or high-intensity caseloads. Sessions are offered fortnightly or monthly, depending on your requirements.
I currently offer introductory supervision rates for new supervisees as I continue to expand my supervision practice:
50 minutes — £65
90 minutes — £90
I'd encourage you to get in touch if you'd like to talk through which format might suit your current caseload and needs.
