I currently have availability for new clients and offer online sessions during the day and evenings, Monday to Friday.
Because I work online, you can attend therapy from wherever feels most comfortable and private for you.
If you are considering therapy but would like to get a better sense of whether we are a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation. This is a relaxed opportunity to meet me, ask any questions, and explore how we might work together.
I know that beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so my aim is to make the process as simple and welcoming as possible. When you feel ready, you are very welcome to get in touch.
About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I qualified as a counsellor in 2017 and have worked across a variety of settings, supporting adults and young people through life鈥檚 challenges. My training began with a charitable organisation supporting older adults, where I worked with people navigating loss, life transitions, identity changes, and the emotional challenges that can arise at different stages of life. I have also worked within youth counselling services and drug and alcohol support, helping individuals explore anxiety, relationships, recovery, and the experiences that shape us.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in Human Resources, developing a deep understanding of workplace stress, burnout, relationships, and the pressures people often carry into their professional and personal lives.
I am passionate about hearing people鈥檚 stories. I believe that our experiences shape us, but they do not define us. Therapy offers a space to explore what is happening with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
Many of the people I work with are navigating change, uncertainty, or times when life no longer feels quite as it once did. This may include moving through loss, relationship changes, career transitions, relocating, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I work from a Humanistic, Person-Centred foundation and believe that, within the right therapeutic relationship, we all have the capacity for growth and change. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice offers a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where adults can explore whatever is happening in their lives without judgement. I work exclusively online, allowing you to access therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that鈥檚 your home, a private room, or any place where you feel able to talk openly.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply aware that something no longer feels quite right. Perhaps you鈥檙e navigating a significant life transition, adjusting to a new chapter, coping with loss, changing careers, moving to a new country, or trying to reconnect with a sense of who you are. Whatever brings you here, we鈥檒l work together to understand your experiences and explore a way forward that feels right for you.
My approach is Humanistic and Person-Centred, based on the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and change when offered the right therapeutic relationship. Alongside this, I draw on existential ideas, exploring questions of identity, meaning, purpose, relationships, and the choices that shape our lives. Therapy isn鈥檛 about fixing you; it鈥檚 about creating the space to better understand yourself and develop the confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I offer a balance of empathy, curiosity, and gentle challenge, supporting you while encouraging deeper reflection when it feels helpful. My role isn鈥檛 to provide all the answers, but to help you discover your own.
Whether you鈥檙e living with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, or simply a sense that you鈥檝e lost your way, therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we鈥檒l work towards greater clarity, self-understanding, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
My first session
First Session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it鈥檚 completely natural to feel a little nervous or uncertain. Your first session is simply an opportunity for us to meet, get to know one another, and explore what has brought you to therapy.
There鈥檚 no expectation for you to tell your whole story or know exactly where to begin. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Together, we鈥檒l talk about what鈥檚 been happening in your life, what you鈥檙e hoping to gain from therapy, and whether working together feels like the right fit for you.
This session is also your opportunity to ask questions about the way I work and to get a sense of whether you feel comfortable talking with me. Finding the right therapist is important, and I want you to have the time and space to make that decision without pressure.
To make taking that first step a little easier, I offer an introductory rate of 拢40 for your initial 50-minute online session. Ongoing sessions are 拢50, and concessionary rates are available for students and those on a low income.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in Human Resources, which gave me a deep understanding of people, workplace stress, burnout, relationships, and the stories we carry into our professional lives. Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: I am passionate about hearing people鈥檚 stories. I don鈥檛 believe people are broken. I believe people are doing their best with what they鈥檝e lived through, and sometimes they need a space to pause, breathe, and be heard.
I bring my humanity into the therapy room. I鈥檓 warm, grounded, welcoming, and willing to gently challenge when it supports your growth. My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to explore what鈥檚 happening in your life, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the change or clarity you鈥檙e seeking.
