I offer sessions Monday to Saturday, between 2pm and 10pm. I am able to accommodate a range of working patterns, including evenings, making therapy accessible around work and other commitments. I am only offering sessions on Zoom at the moment.
About me and my therapy practice
I work integratively, which means I don't follow a single fixed approach. Instead, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies and tailor everything to you, your history, your pace, and what you actually need.
Much of my work centres on trauma, betrayal, compulsive behaviour, addiction, and relational difficulty. I work with individuals, couples, and families, including people in high-pressure roles. I see clients online via Zoom or other secure platform, and by telephone.
Depending on what brings you to therapy, I may draw on EMDR for trauma and stuck memories, psychodynamic work to explore how your past shapes your present, somatic and body-based approaches including Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, psychosexual therapy, relationship and couples counselling, or addiction-focused intervention. We will talk about what feels right before we begin.
Above all, I work collaboratively. You set the pace. I take my lead from you.
Practice description
I work with adults, couples, and families across a wide range of difficulties. Much of my work involves trauma, betrayal, and compulsive sexual behaviour, including supporting both those whose behaviour has become unmanageable and partners trying to make sense of what has happened to them. I also work with addiction, relationship breakdown, family conflict, attachment difficulties and the psychological impact of difficult life experiences.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø), an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Consultant, and a Member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). I am also a licensed TCTSY Facilitator, trained through the Centre for Trauma and Embodiment (formerly the Trauma Centre) in Boston, which a body-based, trauma-sensitive approach developed specifically for trauma recovery.
My first session
For the first session, there no pressure to have everything figured out and no expectation that you'll arrive with a neat summary of your life. Most people find that simply being able to talk openly, without fear of judgement, is itself a relief.
During the first session I'll explain confidentiality and what that means for you in practice. Then I'll invite you to share, in your own words and at your own pace, what has brought you here.
My job in that first session is to listen carefully enough to understand what you need, and to begin thinking with you about how we might work together and what that could look like. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and how to move forward.

I offer supervision sessions Monday to Saturday, between 2pm and 10pm, over Zoom or other secure online platform. I am able to accommodate a range of working patterns, including evenings.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee therapists working across a range of modalities and settings. My approach is collaborative and reflective. I see supervision as a space where you can think freely, be honest about difficulty, and develop your practice without fear of judgement.
My supervisory style draws on integrative and systemic frameworks, including the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision. I hold BPS-accredited certificates in supervision and am qualified in the supervision of supervision, supporting supervisors in developing and deepening their own supervisory practice.
My approach is further informed by my doctoral research, which examined clinical supervision in mental health organisations — with a particular focus on how supervision can actively reduce compassion fatigue, support therapist wellbeing, and sustain the rewarding aspects of the work over the long term.
I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Consultant, providing specialist EMDR consultation to therapists working towards EMDRIA accreditation. I also offer EMDR supervision more broadly to therapists working within an EMDR framework, regardless of the accreditation pathway they are following. I supervise therapists working with trauma, compulsive sexual behaviour, addiction, and relational complexity.
Practice description
I work with qualified therapists, trainees, and supervisors across a range of modalities and experience levels. I have particular expertise supervising work involving trauma, betrayal, compulsive sexual behaviour, addiction, and relational complexity — areas where the emotional weight on the therapist can be significant, and where thoughtful, boundaried supervision matters most.
My doctoral research examined clinical supervision in mental health organisations, with a specific focus on burnout, compassion fatigue, and crucially, the positive, sustaining dimensions of supervision that are too often overlooked. That research shapes how I work. I am as interested in what keeps you well in this profession as I am in the clinical challenges you bring.
In addition to being a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø), I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Consultant, and a Member and a supervisor registered with the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC).
