About me and my therapy practice

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. Whether you're seeking individual counselling or relationship therapy, I will provide a safe and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged.

My aim is to walk alongside you as you develop greater self-awareness, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build confidence in yourself. Together, we can explore new ways of moving forward, helping you make choices that feel right for you and support the life you want to live.

I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing:

Bereavement and loss

Anxiety and depression

Low self-esteem and confidence

Loss can take many forms. It may be the death of someone close to you, the end of a relationship, loss of identity, retirement, redundancy, changes in health, or simply a sense that something no longer feels right. Whatever your experience, counselling can provide a safe place to process your feelings and begin to move forward at your own pace.

What I Offer:  I provide a confidential, compassionate space where you are free to explore your concerns in your own way and in your own time.

My Background and Experience

Over 15 years' experience working in mental health across national charities, corporate organisations, and  the NHS, I have supported individuals and couples through a wide range of life experiences, including:

Anxiety and depression

Bereavement, grief, and other forms of loss

Low self-esteem and confidence

Relationship difficulties

Workplace stress and achieving a healthier work-life balance

Concerns around skin conditions, body image, and changes in appearance

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers an opportunity to understand one another more deeply, improve communication, and work together towards positive change.

Strengthen your connection & communication as a couple.

Identify recurring patterns of conflict and find healthier ways to respond.

About me and my therapy practice

With over 15 years' experience, I have worked across National charities, private practice, and corporate organisations, providing both individual and group clinical supervision.

My background includes working with the NHS, MIND, and Cruse, supporting professionals in a range of therapeutic settings.

I am trained in the Person-Centred approach and have extensive experience working one-to-one with clients, both face-to-face and online, as well as providing relationship therapy for couples.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I have also worked as a National Trainer, delivering Mental Health First Aid, Grief First Aid, and Wellbeing training.

I would be happy to arrange an initial telephone conversation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Many thanks,

Kirsty
