About me and my therapy practice
Depth, Clarity, and Resilience for Complex Lives
Most of us spend our lives building: building careers, building families, building a sense of who we are. But when a crisis hits—a redundancy, a divorce, a bereavement, or a quiet loss of meaning—the structures we’ve built can start to feel like they are failing us.
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating these high-stakes transitions. My practice is designed for those who need more than just "someone to talk to." It is for those who want to understand the deeper architecture of their lives—why certain patterns repeat, why some challenges feel insurmountable, and how to navigate the road back to clarity.
A Different Lens:
My background is unique. I spent fifteen years as a Director at global organizations like Meta and Apple, navigating the fast-paced, often relentless world of corporate strategy. I combine that real-world understanding of pressure and scale with deep clinical training and fifteen years experience in Integrative Psychotherapy.
Whether we are working through the pain of a relationship breakdown or the "crisis of purpose" that often follows professional success, my role is to provide the clinical depth and strategic discernment needed to help you rebuild with intention.
How We Work:
Individual Therapy: Moving beyond the surface of a crisis to find lasting psychological resilience.
Couples & Mediation: Navigating conflict with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and compassionate transition.
Strategic Coaching: Bridging the gap between your internal well-being and your external impact.
I am a registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, hold a Research Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the CCPE/University of Northampton, a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy from the CCPE, & a diploma in Couples Counselling and Psycotherapy. I am also ACC ICF accredited

Practice description
What to Expect
Choosing a therapist or coach is a significant decision. In our initial sessions, we will focus on identifying the "architecture" of your current challenges—looking at the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and the outcomes you wish to achieve. Whether we are working through a personal crisis or a professional pivot, you can expect a space that is intellectually sharp, psychologically deep, and entirely confidential.
My practice is dual-lens: I bring the clinical rigor of my psychotherapy training together with the high-stakes perspective of my career as a former Director at Meta and Apple. This allows us to move beyond "just talking" and toward a profound realignment of your internal and external life.
My Approach to Fees
I believe in complete transparency regarding the investment in your well-being. My rates reflect the different levels of clinical complexity and strategic resources required for each type of work:
Individual Psychotherapy (£140 per session): Focused on deep, long-term psychological change, navigating life transitions, or healing from personal crisis.
Couples Therapy & Mediation (£190 per session): A specialized, high-intensity space designed to navigate relational conflict, rebuild trust, or facilitate compassionate parting.
Executive Strategic Coaching (£450 per session / Packages Available): A high-impact partnership for leaders navigating complexity, blending psychological resilience with strategic business discernment.
Practicalities
I work with clients both in-person and virtually via a secure platform, depending on the nature of the work. While many clients find value in a short-term, "strategic reset," others prefer a long-term therapeutic container to explore deeper developmental themes. We will discuss the right cadence for you during our initial consultation.
If you would like to explore whether we are a good fit, please get in touch to arrange a brief, no-obligation introductory call.
My first session
First Session & Assessment
Our First Meeting
The initial session is an opportunity for us to explore your needs in detail and determine if my integrated approach is the right fit for your specific goals. For psychotherapy and couples work, this is a dedicated assessment space where we look at your history and current challenges. For executive coaching, we focus on your strategic objectives and the immediate pressures you are facing.
The Process
Initial Consultation: I offer a brief, no-obligation 15-minute phone or Zoom call prior to our first full session. This allows us to discuss your requirements and ensure I am the best person to support you.
Assessment: Before our first full session, I will send you a brief, confidential intake form. This helps us maximize our time together, allowing us to dive straight into the work during our first meeting.
Fees for the First Session: I charge my standard rate for the initial 50-minute assessment session. This reflects the clinical and strategic depth we cover from the very start.
Working Together
Following our assessment, we will agree on an initial block of work—typically 6 sessions—at which point we will review our progress. There is no long-term commitment required at the outset; the focus is on ensuring the partnership provides the clarity and results you are looking for.
