Availability
I AM currently taking on new clients. Please contact me for current availability. I am available face to face on Fridays and Saturday mornings and online on Thursdays.
About me and my therapy practice
I help people with a range of issues, but I’m often contacted about anxiety and depression.
I mainly work with young adults and specialise in wellbeing support for postgraduate students and university researchers. I also support people through early life transitions and crises.
Anxiety, in particular, can be hard to manage. As an experienced professional therapist, I understand the challenges anxiety can bring to daily life.
I offer a warm, supportive confidential service for individuals. I work with you, to explore the best way forward. I will work at your pace. How much you wish to say is your choice. Please contact me if you would like more in control in your life.
If you are finding life a struggle or are you burdened by anxiety and depression. Would you would like to feel more in control of your life? My therapeutic approach could help you.
Practice description
I practice using the Ethical Framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø). This means clients can place trust in me as their practitioner, when working with their wellbeing and sensitive personal information.
I practice from a counselling room in central Cambridge, just off King's Parade by the Cambridge Arts Theatre.
I also work online if you prefer.
I typically offer weekly sessions and we agree the timings in our first consultation.
I offer reduced rates for counsellors in training, or students.
Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about how I work and see if we are a good fit.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute telephone discussion of your issue for the first contact. This enables you to get to know if you want to work with me and I can assess if I am the best person for you.
This can be a very useful session if you are new to counselling. You can ask questions or address any concerns you might have. Please contact me if you would like to arrange this.

Availability
I AM currently taking on supervisees. Please contact me for current availability. I am available face to face on Fridays and online on Monday to Thursday and Saturday morning.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced supervisor and have been practising for over 12 years and supervising for most of that time. I practice using the Ethical Framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø). This means supervisees can place trust in my knowledge and experience when being supervised by me.
I have worked as a counselling trainer for over 8 years and am actively engaged in research and project work in counselling, supervision and ethical practice.
I am an integrative practitioner and my supervision training was with the Integrative developmental model of supervision, and the seven eyed model of supervision. I work in a model that enables supervisees to actively consider their ethical choices and decision making with their clients.
Practice description
I practice from a counselling room in central Cambridge, just off King's Parade by the Cambridge Arts Theatre. I also work online if you prefer.
I typically offer monthly supervision sessions and we agree the timings in our first supervision session.
I offer reduced rates for: counsellors in training at £55.00.
Please get in touch to discuss my work further and see if we are a good supervision fit.
My first session
I like to understand something of your practice and how you work with your clients, I then discuss with you any any considerations you have made in your work with your clients.
Initially we need to establish a trusting respectful relationship to be able to get the most out of the supervision. It is important that supervisees have a safe, reflective space to explore their client work.
I will be ready to work with the new Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions (mandatory from Nov 2026) and help supervisees embed this into their practice.
