About me and my therapy practice

I am a humanistic counsellor, and a registered ÌÇÐĹÙÍø member, and also an Accredited member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I hold extensive experience in addiction, childhood sexual abuse and bereavement, on both a one to one level and group level, who through a precise and passionate approach has yielded excellent result. I have over nineteen years of experience working in the addiction field. I also have specialist experience in counselling bereaved people, trauma, abuse, and people with complex needs. I have spent the last nineteen years facilitating, attending and training on personal growth and development workshops internationally.

Addiction, Abuse, Bereavement, Inner Child, Self-Esteem, Identity/ Sexual Identity, Couples, Personal Development and Therapy using Mindfulness based approaches.


Practice description

I am a humanistic counsellor, using Mindfulness based approaches.

By building a close counselling relationship between myself and the client, I provide clients with an opportunity to explore a deeper understanding of who they are, what they feel and creating personal choices, whilst encouraging self-awareness and self-realisation. By offering a non-judgemental, supportive and understanding space I can focus predominately on an individual’s unique personal potential to explore growth, love and psychological understanding. 

My first session

I offer a free consultation session, to help assess if I feel i can provide best service for your requirements, and also so you can express your needs/goals for the therapy within a safe space.
