Availability
I currently offer online counselling to adults and young people in the UK and internationally.
My availability varies throughout the week and includes a mixture of daytime and selected evening appointments. If you are interested in working together, please get in touch and I will be happy to discuss current availability and arrange an initial consultation.
As I work internationally, all appointment times are offered in UK time (GMT/BST). If you are contacting me from outside the UK, please be mindful of any time differences when arranging appointments.
I aim to respond to enquiries within two working days. Whilst I do my best to reply as promptly as possible, I am unable to provide a crisis or emergency service.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Our initial conversation offers an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for from the process, and whether I am the right therapist to support you at this point in your journey.
Any planned periods of leave will be communicated in advance and discussed as part of our work together.
About me and my therapy practice
I have over 10 years of experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and adults, including extensive experience within both school-based and international settings. I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited Counsellor and work in accordance with the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Ethical Framework.
My practice draws from:
Relational and person-centred therapy
Attachment and developmental understanding
Psychodynamic and existential exploration
CBT and DBT-informed strategies
Creative and play-based therapy
Somatic and trauma-informed approaches
When helpful, sessions may also include creative and play-based approaches, sand tray work, grounding techniques, emotional regulation support, and body-based approaches that help clients better understand both their emotional and nervous system responses.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a significant step, particularly if you have spent a long time managing on your own, caring for others, or feeling that your needs have had to come second. My aim is to offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy at a pace that feels right for you.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs rather than working from a single model. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change happens within safe, trusting relationships. I work relationally and collaboratively, helping clients make sense of their experiences, deepen their self-understanding, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, burnout, identity questions, or the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences. I also have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, parents, and adults within international and multicultural communities.
Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on creative, reflective, and body-aware approaches where appropriate. Often our experiences are held not only in our thoughts but also within our emotions, relationships, and physical responses. Together we can explore these connections with curiosity and compassion.
I recognise that every person's story is unique. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or looking for a space to understand yourself more deeply, therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters to you.
I offer online therapy to clients in the UK and internationally.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to therapy. There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about or where to begin. Many people come to therapy carrying thoughts, feelings, or experiences that can be difficult to put into words, and we can take our time making sense of these together.
During our first session, I will invite you to share a little about yourself, your current circumstances, and what you hope therapy might offer. We will also discuss any relevant background information and explore any questions or concerns you may have about the therapeutic process.
The first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether I feel like the right fit for you. A safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is an important part of effective therapy, and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with matters.
Before beginning our work together, I will provide information about confidentiality, its limits, and our working agreement so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
There is no formal assessment to complete, and there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My aim is to create a warm, supportive space where we can begin exploring your experiences at a pace that feels manageable for you.

About me and my therapy practice
Clinical Supervision
As a clinical supervisor, I work with both trainee and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors. My supervision practice is grounded in an empowering, compassionate, and relational approach one that fosters learning, development, and professional growth in a space where reflection and curiosity are encouraged.
I offer monthly clinical supervision for counsellors and helping professionals working across private practice, schools, and other organisational settings. I draw on the Seven-Eyed Model alongside an integrative, trauma-informed lens to help us make sense of what's happening in the room, around the room, and within you.
Practice description
What Supervision With Me Is Like
This isn't a place to perform or prove you're getting it "right." It's a space where we slow things down, get curious, and think together in a way that actually supports you to keep doing the work.
Some sessions will feel reflective and spacious. Others more focused and practical. We'll follow what's needed.
- You can expect supervision to be:
- Collaborative rather than top-down
- Reflective, not prescriptive
- Ethically grounded
- Respectful of your judgement and autonomy
- Focused on sustainability.
My Approach
My work is shaped by:
A relational way of working, how you are in the room matters.
Trauma-informed practice, including complex and developmental trauma
Experience across educational settings, charity organisations, and private practice
An understanding of how different systems shape the work or sometimes get in the way of it
Whether you're working one-to-one in private practice or within a wider organisation, we'll hold both the clinical work and the context you're practising in.
My first session
In the first session, you can expect:
Introductions and getting to know each other
We will spend some time discussing your professional background, current role, client group, and previous experience of supervision. This helps me understand your context and tailor supervision to your needs.
Clarifying your hopes and needs for supervision
We will explore what you are looking for from supervision, including support with clinical work, ethical decision-making, confidence, professional development, self-awareness, or managing the emotional impact of the work. You do not need to have this fully figured out; we can shape it together.
Discussing the supervision agreement
We will review practical and professional aspects of our work together, including confidentiality and its limits, frequency and length of sessions, record keeping, cancellations and boundaries, and how we will work online. This creates a clear and ethical foundation for supervision.
Exploring your current practice
You may bring a brief overview of your current caseload, the settings you work in, or any themes you are noticing in your client work. You do not need to prepare a detailed case presentation for the first session unless you wish to.
Beginning reflective work
If time allows, we may gently explore one piece of client work or a professional issue that feels important to you. The focus is not on being assessed, but on supporting your thinking, awareness, and development as a practitioner.
Creating a collaborative relationship
Supervision is a two-way relationship. The first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work as a supervisor, ask questions, and consider whether the relationship feels like a good fit for you.
