About me and my therapy practice
Do you and your partner find yourselves having the same arguments over and over again, yet never feeling truly heard or understood? Many couples become caught in repeating patterns of conflict, distance or disconnection. Relationship therapy can provide a safe space to slow these patterns down and begin to rebuild understanding, empathy and connection.
Many couples come to therapy feeling unsure whether things can change or wondering if they have left it too late. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore new ways of relating to one another.
I work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy, a structured relationship-focused approach that supports partners to improve communication, reduce conflict and strengthen emotional connection.
Through the Imago Dialogue process, I support couples to slow conversations down, listen more deeply and develop a greater understanding of each other’s experiences. This can help couples move away from blame and defensiveness towards greater empathy, connection and mutual understanding.
I provide a warm, balanced and non-judgemental environment where both partners have the opportunity to explore their relationship and the patterns that may be creating difficulties. I work collaboratively with couples to develop new ways of communicating and create a stronger emotional connection.
Sessions and Fees:
Initial 60-minute introductory session – £50
Follow-up 60-minute session – £70
Follow-up 90-minute session – £90
Practice description
I offer relationship therapy face-to-face in Milngavie and online via Zoom.
My Milngavie practice is located at 13 Main Street, Milngavie, G62 6BJ. The practice is easily accessible by public transport, and there is on-street parking available nearby.
Couples therapy provides dedicated time and space to explore your relationship, improve communication and gain a deeper understanding of each other. I work with both partners equally, supporting you to recognise relationship patterns and develop new ways of relating and connecting.
I offer an initial 60-minute introductory session for £50. This provides an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy, learn more about Imago Relationship Therapy and decide whether this approach feels like the right fit for your relationship. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Ongoing sessions are typically 90 minutes, usually held fortnightly, and cost £90 per session.
Further information about Imago Relationship Therapy can be found at www.imagouk.co.uk.
My first session
I offer an initial 60-minute introductory session for couples at a reduced cost of £50.
This first session provides an opportunity for us to discuss what has brought you to relationship therapy, explore what you would like to gain from the process and learn more about how Imago Relationship Therapy can support your relationship.
It is also a chance for both partners to experience my approach, ask any questions and consider whether this feels like the right support for your relationship before committing to ongoing sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a person-centred therapist offering a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about the issues affecting your life. I work with empathy, understanding and without judgement, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
Rather than offering advice or direct solutions, I work alongside you, helping you gently explore patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that may be affecting your wellbeing. Through this process, you can develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and a stronger sense of self.
I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and I tailor therapy to your individual needs. Together, we can create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, respectful and supportive, allowing you the time and space to explore what matters to you.
I offer counselling for individual age 18 and over.
